James R. Blodgett - Chairman & CEO

Jim Blodgett founded Network Home Loans, formerly Network Mortgage Services, in 1987 and currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been active in the mortgage banking field in the Seattle area since 1978. In 1981 he co-founded Lynnwood based Emerald Mortgage Company and served as its president until 1987. As Chairman and CEO of Network Home Loans, Blodgett maintains oversight of the company and, along with senior management, sets corporate policy. He was born in Seattle, is married and has four sons and three grandchildren. He and his wife Debbie reside in the Seattle area.

Kevin C. Lane - President

Kevin Lane is the President of Network Home Loans. He began working for the company in 1996 as a residential loan officer and was named Vice President and Branch Manager in 2000. His responsibilities later expanded to include oversight of the retail lending division as well as the company’s wholesale and correspondent lending channels. In 2007, he was named President of the company. Lane is responsible for driving many of the company’s strategic initiatives and works closely with other senior management and institutional investors. He currently serves on the Board of the Washington Mortgage Lenders Association. Lane is a lifelong Washington resident and resides with his family in Bothell.

Geoffrey M. Nester - SVP & Branch Manager (Lynnwood)

Geoff Nester holds the position of Senior Vice President and is the Branch Manager of the Lynnwood Home Loan Center. He began his banking and mortgage career in 1987 with Washington Mutual Bank. In 2000, he joined local mortgage banker Phoenix Savings Bank, where he became the branch manager of the company's successful Lynnwood office. Nester is well known for his can-do attitude and his unconditional support of his loan officers and his team. He and his family reside in Bothell, where he is very active in youth sports.

Mary Woodbury - SVP & Branch Manager (Seattle)

Mary Ann Woodbury is the Seattle Branch Manager and serves as a Senior Vice President for Network Home Loans.  (BIO coming soon)

Steve Wilde - Vice President & Branch Manager (Everett)

Steve Wilde joined the leadership team at Network Home Loans in August 2010 after ten years with HomeStreet Bank where he served as Branch Manager for the Mountlake Terrace Home Loan Center.  At Network Home Loans, Steve serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Everett Home Loan Center.  Steve has built a solid reputation based on integrity and accountability and is known for his unwaivering support of his loan officers and support staff.  Steve resides in Mukilteo, Washington, is a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, and begin his financial services career with Puget Sound Bank in 1978.

Bonnie Sanders - Vice President / Collateral

Bonnie Sanders is a vice president for Network Home Loans and serves as the company's funding manager. (BIO coming soon).
