Branch Sales Manager (Silverdale, WA)
Network Home Loans has career opportunities for experienced Sales Managers at each of its three home loan centers.
The Branch Sales Manager directs and manages the sales activities of the branch and receives enhanced commissions on their own production and monthly volume overrides on the branch production. The Branch Sales Manager assists the Branch Manager in the areas of recruiting, managing, coaching, and motivating a staff of outside loan officers to meet sales production goals and typically helps manage 10+ loan originators. This position requires strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication skills and detailed follow through.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with an emphasis on self sourced business.
- Proven track record of 1+ years of hiring, motivating, and/or managing a sales force in the mortgage industry; and/or demonstrated ability to hire, motivate and manage sales staff.
- Ability to direct the work of mortgage loan officers. (Including; setting and monitoring of goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection)
- Established and documented referral partner relationships in the market in which they are applying (e.g., realtors, builders, attorneys, financial advisors or CPAs).
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with builders, realtors and various affinity referral partners.
- Ability to direct the work of mortgage loan officers, including setting and monitoring of goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection; may direct the work of operations staff in satellite offices.
- Skills/Competencies:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain programs, loan terms, features, policies and benefits to customers and business partners.
- Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use database marketing.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry and loan structuring.
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics, organizational skills and experience working in an automated origination environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a business plan and grow market share.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, motivate, coach, and manage sales staff.
